Rogue Wellness Yoga is proudly led by Jen Marcussen, a Colorado native, and life-long practitioner of Yoga. She has been teaching Hatha Vinyasa (flow yoga) for 10 years and has completed over 400 hours of yoga education. Her classes are heavily influenced by her own Ashtanga practice as well as her own experiences using yoga to recover from injury and illness. Rogue classes focus on helping students gain strength, flexibility, and breathing capacity all set to great music. We work to tap into the superhero in each of us and cultivating our sense of humor. From those recovering from injury and illness, to semi-professional athletes and mixed martial arts practitioners, this practice is for you. No matter where you fall on the scale of fitness this practice will help you get the most from your body, mind and life.
