Rogue Wellness Yoga: We move, we breathe, get strong, and laugh! Go Rogue, Be Well.

Rogue Wellness Yoga has been providing private, small-group classes and individual practices on location in Colorado for the last five years. Owner Jen Marcussen has been teaching this beneficial practice to students from ages 8 to 80 since for over ten years, and has completed over 400 hours of education in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga.

Rogue Wellness Yoga recently teamed up with Motive Jiu-Jitsu Academy to share space at 3652 Reliance Drive, west of I-25 and Hwy 52, next to the Subway and Starbucks. With a new permanent location, they are excited to be able to offer five classes each week: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7am and 12-1pm, as well as Saturdays from 8:15am-9:30am.

Rogue Wellness Yoga was brought to life with the intent to bring yoga to everyone, regardless of fitness ability or background, strength, or stage of healing. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Owner and trainer Jen Marcussen, a Colorado native, makes yoga accessible to beginners as well as experienced athletes; anyone looking to master their bodies and minds.

Presenting a no fluff, no pretense yoga practice, Jen incorporates breathing techniques to increase lung capacity, helps you build strength through your entire range of motion, and improves balance and flexibility dramatically. To start, most students experience better sleep, reduced stress, and increased stamina. With regular practice, students gain whole body functional strength, increased balance, reduced stress, and many other mental and physical benefits.

Rogue Wellness Yoga offers discounted memberships as well as a drop-in option to give financial flexibility to participants; we believe that wellness should not be cost prohibitive.
